There are a lot of chains. It's very pretty though.
Motyw nie jest duży ale za to uroczy :)
Your doily is looking fabulous!!!! :)
Oh my gosh, poor Mr. G! That face just made me literally LOL! hee hee hee hee . . . :DThat is some pretty thread and I do really like this motif. And, as always . . . you've chosen the perfect shuttle with which to tat it!
this color is grand and I think the chains are pretty but I can see where they are a struggle, you should have not said anything at all and we all would have though you are perfect :)
You've done a great job with all those chains! Do you find it's hard to get them at the correct tension. Mine always seem a bit wonky. I know... practice, practice, practice!
If there is a trick to keeping the chains smooth, I've never learned it!
Ha ha - Mr. G looks about as thrilled with being a photographic subject as Ms. Ruby does! Love the motif - but I think it's so hard to get chains like that consistent. Looks great!
It makes me wonder what size thread Mary Konior used - it's not a particularly large mat even in size 20 thread. In size 80, it's not even big enough to use as a coaster under a glass of tea. :)Yours is very pretty, regardless of size. StephanieW
Thank you! In her books, don't most of the patterns call for #20 or #30?
